With the amalgamation and the city councillors cut drastically, the way that City Council operates will change. Where there were once City Councillors on boards across the city for oversight there will now be private citizens.
The Harbord Residents’ Association, along. with the Annex Residents’ Association has written a letter to the Mayor to ensure that the process for choosing these private citizens has oversight.
We, the Danforth Resident’s Association along with 64 other associations, have given our support.
